Schulte Hospitality Group in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our service-focused team. You will perform nightly accounting, reconciliation of the guest ledger, handle front desk tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a secure, well-organized lobby.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS systems.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and taxes.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Averages sum of revenues from all departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in/out and handling reservations.
• Make cash drops following cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area to prep for AM shift.
• Monitors hotel security camera system.
• Ensures lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with appropriate music.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
