The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Night Audit professional to maintain accurate nightly financial records and guest accounts. You’ll verify charges, post payments, and produce reports for hotel leadership, joining a luxury hospitality team dedicated to precision and service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in night audit or luxury accounting, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work independently through overnight shifts while upholding brand standards and guest privacy.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in Night Audit or Accounting within luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate end-of-day financial reconciliation and balance guest accounts.
• Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments with precision.
• Handle guest billing inquiries with clear explanations and guest service.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports to hotel management.
• Conduct daily transaction audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist Front Desk with overnight check-ins/outs and guest requests.
• Monitor hotel access and ensure security during the night.
• Coordinate emergencies following protocol and response.
• Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions.
• Maintain a polished appearance per luxury brand standards.
