Job summary

OHM is hiring a Night Audit for the Cambria Hotel in Plano, TX. The role covers nightly audit procedures, wake-up call management, and balancing cash deposits.

You will support front desk operations and act as Manager on Duty during night hours, delivering guest service with attention to detail. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform all nightly audit procedures and reports per OHM standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up calls and overnight requests.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits at the end of shift.
• Prepare the front office for daytime operations and hand off to day team.
• Serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during night hours.
