Superhost Hospitality - Home2 North Plano in Plano, TX is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth hotel operations during the night. You will perform nightly audits, manage front desk duties, and handle urgent guest needs in a calm, professional manner.

You'll complete end-of-day accounting, monitor security, and assist with accounts receivable and payable processes. This role requires attention to detail, reliability for overnight shifts, and comfort with hotel systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits for financial transactions and revenue reconciliation.
• Manage front desk operations during late hours.
• Complete end-of-day accounting and submit income journals.
• Monitor security cameras and maintain safety.
• Respond to guest concerns and emergencies overnight.
• Review and validate tax-exempt documentation.
• Verify out-of-order room status.
• Support AR with aging reports, collections, and client billing.
• Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
