Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, proudly manages the Cambria Hotel Plano, now hiring for Night Audit. This role balances cash, completes nightly audit procedures, and prepares the front desk for the day shift while providing guest service and acting as manager on duty during the night.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in hospitality customer service; proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all nightly audit procedures and reports per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify wake-up calls and manage guest requests during night hours.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Participate in front-office meetings and training programs.
