Job summary

Halo Sports & Entertainment seeks an Arena Operations Technician for Inglewood, CA. This part-time role supports 24/7 operations, covering events at Intuit Dome and Kia Forum with flexible scheduling for concerts, NBA games and more.

Responsibilities include event setup/teardown, equipment operation, and inventory management while upholding safety standards. Physical labor and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively and professionally.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the conversion and changeover of the buildings from event to event.
• Operate all event setup and teardown equipment (stages, platforms, seating, etc.).
• Care for venue equipment by storing, cleaning, and repairing items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance in production notes.
• Set up and arrange flooring, chairs, tables, walls, staging and furnishings.
• Organize and store operations supplies and equipment; manage inventory.
• Support Halo Sports & Entertainment’s sustainability program.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venues.
• May operate industrial vehicles (pallet jack, forklifts).
• Other duties as assigned.
