Job summary

Halo Sports and Entertainment is seeking a Building Engineer for Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Inglewood. You will maintain HVAC, BAS, electrical and life-safety systems, perform repairs, and manage energy performance while working a rotating schedule for events.

Qualifications

Four years of journey-level HVAC operation, maintenance, and repair experience.
EPA 608 certification required.
Experience with BAS/CUP and energy management software.

Responsibilities

Perform operation, maintenance, installation, replacement and repair of HVAC equipment and related systems.
Interpret blueprints for electrical, plumbing, duct, and structural layouts.
Maintain electronic records of equipment performance and analyze data to improve system longevity.
Assist in building automation and energy management initiatives.
Support life-safety and general building operations.
