Job summary

Halo Sports & Entertainment in Inglewood, CA, is seeking a part-time Arena Operations Associate to support scheduling, payroll, and daily administrative tasks for Intuit Dome and Kia Forum.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover concerts, NBA games, and other events, with compensation $22-$24 per hour. Expect hands-on operations across events, logistics, and facility duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in facility management in a deadline-driven environment.
• OHSA 10 Certification highly preferred.
• Experience using ABI highly preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as business requires.
• Understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Management Team with scheduling staff for event setup, coverage, and teardown.
• Assist Management Team with staff payroll.
• Assist Management Team with creation of Corrective Action.
• Assist Management Team with event parking and entry instructions for scheduled staff.
• Support communications for trainings and events.
• Work NBA games, concerts, or special events as assigned.
• Maintain supplies and inventory storage for operations.
• Support sustainability programs and maintain venue cleanliness.
