Job summary

Intuit Dome is seeking a Manager of Special Events & Booking to handle high-profile bookings for concerts, sporting events, trade shows, and more. You will coordinate with internal teams on budgets, contracts, insurance, and on-sale calendars while expanding the venue's client base.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in special events and experience with large-scale productions. A flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays is expected at this Inglewood, CA site.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of special event and/or major market concert experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and assess Special Event inquiries, develop new business and maintain existing clients.
• Conduct outreach to prospective events to pitch the Intuit Dome for all Special Event needs.
• Conduct venue walkthroughs with clients as needed.
• Oversee implementation of all secured event needs including production, décor, catering, staffing, and ticketing.
• Manage financial and legal administration of events: deposits, budgets, deal memos, contracts, and insurance.
• Negotiate financial and contractual terms with Director of Special Events and legal team.
• Maintain relationships with corporations, promoters, e-sports clients, schools, TV networks, and planners for future events.
• Support community relations efforts and manage related projects.
