Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment seeks a Building Operations Crew – Part Time to assist with arena setups for NBA games, concerts, and other events. You will support the full-time staff in keeping the arena ready for events and help with maintenance and logistics across different event configurations.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong teamwork. Onsite work is required with no remote options and a flexible schedule based on event load.

Responsibilities

• Assist full-time staff with arena setups for events (games, concerts, etc.).
• Change arena setups between events and organize space for different configurations.
• Assist head rigger and rigging staff with duties related to curtains and stage elements.
• Supervise contracted labor for event setups/breakdowns and train staff.
• Support other departments to prepare and execute events.
• Review setups and checklists before arenas open to the public.
• Maintain inventory and store arena equipment in an orderly manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
