Job summary

Intuit Dome is seeking a part-time Answers Portal Host in Inglewood, CA to assist guests with ticketing needs and app usage. The role requires availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover concerts and NBA games. Training, competitive pay, and event-based hours are provided.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting ticketing issues, ensuring ticket integrity, and delivering excellent customer service using Ticketmaster and arena tools.

Qualifications

• Some experience in Ticketing Operations or Box Office roles.
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster or other ticketing products is a plus.
• Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient digital literacy with ticketing platform familiarity.
• Retail, customer service, or live event/ticketing space experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by troubleshooting ticketing issues and account lookup/creation.
• Follow procedures to maintain ticket integrity while addressing guest needs.
• Communicate clearly with guests to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Help guests download, sign up for, and use the Intuit Dome App.
• Contribute to positive first impressions and lasting memories for guests.
• Comply with Guest Experience standards for a safe, fair, and enjoyable workplace.
• Use company technology and equipment to perform duties.
• Provide general arena information (availability, pricing, seating, scheduling, parking).
• Contribute to world class guest experience and professional interactions with staff.
