You will manage onboarding, training, and performance, while leading Leads and Team Leaders. You’ll own area operations, budgeting, safety, and forecasting staffing needs to support strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• A passion to provide industry leading service.
• Ability to communicate with team members with clear direction.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for informed decisions.
• Ability to lead a safety-conscious organization.
• Proactive/creative thinking applied to the business.
