Job summary

Metropolitan Airports Commission (MSP) is seeking a Terminal Operations Coordinator to manage common-use terminal assets across Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at MSP. You will oversee gate control, ticket counters, baggage handling, and respond to service calls while coordinating with airlines, TSA, CBP, and external partners.

This safety-sensitive position requires a pre-employment drug screen and offers overnight shifts Wednesday–Saturday 8:30pm–7:00am with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience OR
• Associate's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience OR
• High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience in airport/airline operations

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls for Terminal Operations and Facilities during assigned shift.
• Allocate and communicate the daily use of all common-use gates, ticket counters, baggage handling systems and other common-use equipment to airlines stakeholders.
• Track use of all MAC common-use facilities including gates, ticket counters and baggage handling systems.
• Monitor and coordinate daily airport operations to ensure compliance with MAC ordinances and policies.
• Communicate with pilots, airline personnel, contracted service providers, TSA, CBP, the public and others.
• Respond and conduct initial investigation for incoming service calls.
