ACTS Aviation Security has an immediate full-time opening for an Aviation Security Supervisor for our 3rd shift at the Minneapolis St. Paul (MSP) Airport.

The shift runs from 12:00am to 8:00am, with competitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and paid vacations/holidays. The supervisor leads service lines, ensures TSA and airline regulations compliance, and represents ACTS at airports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years verifiable contract security, military or law enforcement experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Control access to restricted areas and log authorized individuals.
• Screen and log persons and vehicles at access points.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at perimeter points and entries into secure zones.
• Screen employees, vendors, visitors and belongings with security equipment.
• Provide escorts for construction and maintenance work at airports.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Schedule and assign Security Officers to ensure proper coverage.
• Maintain training records and perform audits of security staff.
