Job summary

ACTS Aviation Security, part of ICTS Europe, seeks an Aviation Security Supervisor for the 2nd shift at MSP Airport. You will supervise operations, ensure TSA compliance, and manage officer assignments to cover complex service needs.

The role requires leadership, adherence to safety regulations, and strong communication. Competitive pay circa $24/hour with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least two (2) years verifiable previous contract security, military or law enforcement experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Control access to restricted areas and log visitors.
• Screen and log persons and vehicles accessing restricted areas.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at perimeter and non-secure area entries.
• Screen employees, vendors, visitors, and belongings with x-ray/hand wands/magnetometers.
• Discipline and schedule Security Officers to ensure proper coverage.
• Report activities to management and maintain training documentation.
