Qualifications

• Hospitality degree preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and weather days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG concepts to keep locations running smoothly.
• Ensure food & beverage quality and presentation meet OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing to cover every shift.
• Deliver onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers.
• Create a positive, respectful, and motivating workplace.
• Champion safety and full compliance with OTG policies and laws.
• Address audits with urgency and corrective actions.
• Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook.
