Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class B Lineman to build and repair overhead distribution systems safely and efficiently on energized and de-energized lines. You may travel to various job sites, including out-of-state locations, and report to the Foreman.

Responsibilities include new construction, maintenance, and repair of lines, poles, insulators, conductors and hardware, while following strict safety protocols. CDL and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems on energized and de-energized lines.
• Install and repair poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks and other equipment.
• Perform live-line work using gloves and hot-stick techniques when required.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in on-call rotations.
