Job summary

The MasTec Utility Services is seeking an OHE Lineman A to assist Journeyman Lineman and Foreman while in training and learning the trade. You will help construct, maintain, and inspect poles, power lines, and equipment for electric distribution, prioritizing safety and quality on every task.

This role supports the Line team, operates with other crew members, and provides on-the-job training for apprentices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years lineman experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and inspect transmission and distribution lines.
• Provide technical skills for reliable electrical services and timely job completion.
• Assist in installing/removing transformers, regulators, switches, and capacitor banks on customer facilities.
