Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking an OHE Lineman B apprentice to assist Journeyman Lineman and Foreman while in training. You will work on construction and maintenance of poles, power lines, and related equipment for transmission and distribution of electricity.

The role emphasizes safe practices, teamwork, and learning from experienced Lineman, with opportunities to grow within the OHE Lineman Apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of lineman experience preferred at minimum.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and inspect transmission and distribution of electrical or power lines.
• Provide technical skills for operation and maintenance of reliable electrical services for the consumer.
• Connect/disconnect, install/remove, move, and transfer electrical devices on customer facilities.
