Responsibilities

• Lead daily job briefings and ensure crew readiness for hazards.
• Provide field supervision over crews in installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground lines.
• Ensure safety of crew and public; maintain harmony with customers.
• Check materials, equipment, and manpower; conduct pre-job meetings and safety analyses.
• Read and record data from meter dials; operate service truck as needed.
• Perform fiber/electrical line work; climb poles and perform repairs.
• Respond to work orders for fiber disconnections, reconnections, and new orders.
