• Strong technical background in managing operational processes and service quality.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

For our client, we are seeking a Cross-Centers Service Delivery Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee service delivery operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on consistency, standardization, and measurable performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep IT operations experience and proven leadership in coordinating complex initiatives across diverse teams and federal client environments. This position will also partner closely with site leaders and stakeholders to resolve operational issues, improve governance, and strengthen overall service quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
