Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Outsourced CFO to join our Outsourced Services practice, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. This senior, client-facing advisory role blends strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance and compliance.

You will advise fund sponsors on capital strategy, structuring and growth, oversee financial infrastructure, capital calls and distributions, and lead investor reporting, audits and tax coordination to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
15+ years accounting and finance experience with real estate private equity fund structures.
Experience with fund accounting, capital account maintenance, waterfalls, and US GAAP reporting for investment funds.
Experience with real estate debt structures, loan covenants, and financing processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors and general partners, advising on capital strategy, growth planning, fund economics, and major investment decisions.
Develop forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and performance insights to guide portfolio strategy and capital allocation.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning across funds and entities.
Lead investor reporting, NAV, IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns; coordinate audits and tax processes.
