Qualifications

• 15+ years of accounting and finance experience with real estate private equity funds.
• Experience with fund accounting, capital accounts, and US GAAP reporting for investment funds.
• Experience with real estate debt structures and capital calls or distributions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors and general partners on capital strategy and major investment decisions.
• Develop forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and performance insights for portfolio strategy and liquidity planning.
• Lead investor reporting and performance measurement including NAV, equity multiples, and cash-on-cash returns.
• Oversee fund governance, third-party administrators, audits, and regulatory obligations.
