Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to lead strategic financial leadership for real estate private equity funds. You will oversee fund accounting, reporting, governance, compliance, and capital management for complex fund structures.

The role combines advisory leadership with hands-on financial operations, investor communications, and regulatory obligations. A senior, client-facing position in a rapidly growing Outsourcing practice awaits in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
15+ years of accounting and finance experience with real estate private equity structures.
Experience with fund accounting, capital account maintenance, waterfalls, and US GAAP reporting for funds.
Experience with real estate debt structures, loan covenants, and financing processes.

Responsibilities

Advise fund sponsors and general partners on capital strategy, growth planning, and major financial decisions.
Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and performance insights for portfolio strategy and capital allocation.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, liquidity planning, and investor reporting across funds.
Guide LPAs/side letters interpretations, reporting, and waterfall methodologies.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and compliance professionals to support timely financial statements and K-1s.
