Job summary

Yoder’s Components LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Truss Sales Representative to grow our customer base and provide dependable truss solutions. You will develop relationships with builders and contractors, prospect new accounts, and manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery.

You will collaborate with estimating, design, scheduling, production, and delivery teams while maintaining a robust pipeline and delivering profitable opportunities in the market.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in roof/floor trusses, structural components, lumber, building materials, or residential construction is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with homebuilders, contractors, lumber dealers, developers, and other construction professionals.
• Prospect for new customers and identify opportunities to expand Yoder’s Components within the market.
• Sell roof trusses, floor trusses, and related structural building components.
• Work closely with estimating, design, scheduling, production, and delivery teams from initial quote through final delivery.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide visibility into opportunities and expected business.
