Qualifications

• Relational selling experience to drive growth.

• Face-to-face meetings to develop builders, contractors, architects and remodelers networks.
• Outside sales experience preferred to expand account base.

Responsibilities

• Spend over 50% of time at customer sites generating account growth.
• Proactively originate new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
• Build the Pella brand within the trade industry and become the premier window/door solution partner.
