Training begins with three weeks in Little Rock, AR, and includes the Fast Start Program with in-field coaching. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in sales, a polished, energetic demeanor, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business/marketing or related fields ideal).
• Campus involvement and athletic background encouraged.
