Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven outside sales professional in Alabama to grow our supplemental insurance portfolio. You will work autonomously, schedule your week, and visit local businesses to build relationships and expand your client base, while using Salesforce to manage leads and responses.

Training includes classroom and hands-on learning with our top performers, plus self-paced modules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build genuine connections quickly.
• Strong drive, resilience and track record in sales or leadership.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license or currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and submit weekly schedule to your sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
