Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking an Outside Technical Salesperson for Compressed Air Equipment Inc. to grow accounts in southern New Jersey, Eastern PA, DE, and northern MD by presenting technical equipment proposals and quotations for bid projects and inquiries.

You will build relationships with customers, coordinate with inside teams, manage the buying cycle, and drive service and sales opportunities with energy and a professional, results‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in compressed air industry or technical sales is required.
• Self-starter with high energy and motivation.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with internal staff.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Present technical equipment proposals and quotations for bid projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with inside teams on parts and service.
• Manage all aspects of the buying cycle to enhance retention.
