Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month training program, with classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and field training under a Sales Mentor.

Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, with relocation assistance provided. You will be required to travel 80-100% during training and pursue quota-based selling in the automotive software and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Relocate after completing the 12‑month training program and assume a Sales Professional role.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive industry customers in assigned territory.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas through field and inside sales support.
• Travel with the sales and service teams to gain product knowledge and close deals.
