Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join a growing team. The role starts with a 12-month training program combining field and classroom sessions, including relocation to an assigned territory after completion.

You will sell high-end software solutions, marketing services, printed forms, and promotional products to automotive customers, while traveling up to 80-100% during training and throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel overnight 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom instruction.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and drive monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing automotive customers.
• Travel with sales mentors and support sales calls to gain knowledge of products.
