Total Fire Protection is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand the customer base in an assigned territory. You will develop sales strategies, source opportunities, and close deals to meet quotas, reporting to the VP of Sales.

The role emphasizes prospecting, needs discovery, and relationship-building through CRM activity, field visits, and industry events. Strong communication and closing skills, plus a proactive work ethic, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and closing deals.
• Ability to prospect and qualify clients.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage prospects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to market Total Fire Protection's services.
• Uncover clients’ needs to tailor and convey solutions.
• Maintain database of qualified prospects through cold calling, visits, and networking within the CRM platform.
• Leverage the Total Fire Protection brand to identify prospects and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Attend industry events and work functions.
• Present and deliver a set number of proposals monthly.
• Close business and provide after-sales reports to the VP of Sales.
