Job summary

Total Fire Protection in Whippany, NJ seeks an Outside Sales Representative to develop and execute sales plans, identify new opportunities, and close contracts in the assigned territory. The role reports to the VP of Sales and involves field activity, CRM management, and ongoing prospecting.

The successful candidate will leverage an established network and deliver regular proposals, with a focus on achieving quotas and expanding revenue across services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to market Total Fire Protection's services.
• Uncover clients’ needs to tailor and effectively convey solutions.
• Maintain our database of qualified prospects through cold calling, personal visits and networking within the CRM platform.
• Leverage the TFP brand to identify prospective clients and develop relationships for growth.
• Attend work functions, charity and industry events.
• Deliver an established number of proposals to clients monthly.
• Close business and provide after-sales reports to VP of Sales.
• Strong editing, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
