Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products, sell to diverse industries, and build trusted relationships while meeting sales goals. The role offers a base plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle with a gas card after training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

No industry experience is required to start; training is provided and opportunities for leadership paths exist within a mission-driven company.

Qualifikationen

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Aufgaben

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions while setting expectations for peace of mind about the pest program
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
