HW Staffing co is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in Missouri to drive growth for roofing and exterior restoration projects. You will prospect and educate homeowners, conduct inspections with training provided, and close deals while building lasting relationships.

This field-based position offers high earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company truck program, paid training, PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and hit sales targets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage time effectively.

The Role:

The Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Pass criminal background/MVR checks.
• Available Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays during peak seasons – willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• Basic math skills and comfort with physical, fast-paced work
