Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is seeking Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry.

You will receive a take-home company vehicle, structured training, ongoing AI coaching (Siro), CRM & Hover technology, plus full product and production support across roofing, gutters, siding, windows and doors. The pay range is 150,000–250,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-driven sales mindset.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with homeowners.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to climb roofs and inspect exteriors.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors.
• Recommend solutions, present estimates, and close sales.
• Manage calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)
