Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Lynchburg, VA to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling options, and close sales. Training is provided; roofing/construction experience is not required, just strong communication and organization.

You will benefit from company-provided leads, AI coaching, CRM tools, and a take-home vehicle, with a compensation range that rewards performance up to six figures.

Qualifications

• Valid driveror's license with clean record and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

The pay range for this role is:
