Job summary

Cenvar is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry.

We are looking for strong communicators who can build trust, stay organized, and follow a proven sales process. We provide paid training for 3 months, then commission-only with an earning potential of $150,000–$250,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors.
• Recommend solutions, present estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)
