Job summary

Cenvar is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business in Winchester, VA. Training is provided; experience in roofing/construction is not required. Expect an uncapped earning potential with a commission-based structure and a take-home company vehicle.

You’ll build trust with homeowners, manage your pipeline, and use Cenvar’s CRM and Hover technology to drive sales from leads through close.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable safely climbing roofs and inspecting exteriors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors.
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
