Cenvar Roofing & Solar in Charlottesville, VA is growing its sales team and seeks motivated Sales Representatives. You will evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business using a proven process.

• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.

• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
