Job summary

Cenvar is a growing residential exterior remodeling company seeking Outside Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Physical ability to climb roofs and inspect exteriors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)
