• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000-250,000/yr earning potential)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Altoona, PA)
