Job summary

Cenvar is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to promote exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners in Beckley, WV. No roofing experience required; we provide full training and a proven sales process.

Expect entrepreneurial earning with a commission-only structure after a paid training period and a take-home company vehicle for work use. You will build relationships, present estimates, and close sales while supporting roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.

Qualifications

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 250,000 USD per year (Beckley, WV)
