Compensation: $110K–$130K base + uncapped commissions, $1,200 car allowance, full benefits

Our client is a multi-generational, family-owned manufacturing company based in Irvine, California. With a warm, collaborative culture, they are recognized for excellence in both printing and injection molding for the plastic packaging industry.

• Printing & Decoration Capabilities: High-resolution 8-color offset printing, 5-color silkscreen printing, metallic foil application.
• Injection Molding Expertise: In-house production with large tonnage presses and robot assist. Specialized closures for nail polish bottles and a wide range of custom bottle closures.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive packaging sales into the cosmetics industry. This role is based in Southern California and covers the Southwest territory.
