Job summary

Paramount Builders is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Henrico, VA. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, present solutions, and close business for our Windows, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Baths/Showers portfolio.

This role offers substantial earning potential with an uncapped commission structure; company provides 1–3 homeowner appointments daily, paid weekly, with performance bonuses and growth opportunities into leadership.

Qualifications

• You don't have to come from home improvement.
• Competitiveness and coachability with experience in sales-related fields such as: in-home or outside sales; automotive sales or F&I; roofing, windows, HVAC or solar; high-ticket retail; other commission-driven environments.
