Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.

• Educate customers and store personnel on products, features, and selling strategies.
• Provide pricing, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and manage sales contracts.
• Maintain product displays, samples, and marketing materials.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales reports to identify opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns related to deliveries, returns, and credits.
• Attend trade shows and customer events as needed.
• Travel throughout the territory, spending approximately four days per week in the field and one day in the office.

Leading North American distributor of flooring, tile, countertops, wall tile, and hardscaping products is looking for a Sales Representative Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. We want someone who has a strong focus on developing and maintaining relationships with retailers and dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product expertise to support customer success. This is an exciting opportunity for you if you have experience in Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Building Materials, Flooring, Tile, Countertops, Home Improvement, Real Estate, Dealer Sales or B2B Account Management with a strong focus on new business.

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow sales within an established territory by developing strong partnerships with retailers, dealers, contractors, and industry professionals. This is an outside sales role focused on generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across flooring, tile, countertop, and surface product lines.

Compensation

• Commission: Earn 5% of gross profit margin after achieving a monthly sales threshold (typically $10,000-$20,000 in sales)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
