We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager with serious hustle—someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities but goes out and creates them.

This role is for a true sales driver: high energy, results-focused, and motivated by performance. You'll own your territory, build strong relationships, and deliver real impact. If you know the waterworks industry, that’s a plus. If not, we’ll teach you—your grit and drive matter more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow your sales territory—developing new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with decision-makers and field contacts
  • Drive high-volume sales activity with a “whatever it takes” mindset
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay ahead of trends, competition, and market opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in outside B2B sales (industrial, distribution, or construction sales a strong plus)
  • High-energy, goal-oriented, and relentless in pursuit of results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Waterworks or underground utility knowledge is a bonus, not a barrier
  • Must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-moving, competitive environment
  • Willingness to travel within your region
