Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in a hybrid role combining home office and in‑field work. You will sell digital marketing solutions—websites, ads, reviews, social and SEO—and build a strong client base across various industries.

Year 1 on‑target earnings target is $95,000–$105,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 OT earnings $112,000–$132,000. Comprehensive training and clear career progression are offered.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.

• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.

• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
