Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales professional in a hybrid environment (home office and in-field work) with an uncapped commission structure and a base salary plus full benefits. The role emphasizes attaining on-target earnings with a strong training program to help you win and grow in a flourishing digital marketing sector.

Initial training spans classroom and field sessions, followed by ongoing company support.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Compensation

Year 1 on‑target earnings between $85,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on‑target earnings between $95,000.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
