Job summary

Hibu is hiring for an Outside Sales role with a base salary and uncapped commissions in a thriving digital marketing industry. Expect paid training, a hybrid work environment (home office and field), and a defined path to leadership.

Year 1 on-target earnings range from $100,000 to $120,000, with Year 2 targets from $132,000 to $152,000, plus monthly bonuses and incentives. You will sell digital marketing solutions including websites, search and display ads, reviews & reputation management,

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions via a partnership selling model.
• Promote websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build client relationships across diverse industries and maintain ongoing support.

• Websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
